The terms in full
These terms cover your use of the bysepa platform. They apply to merchants, fintech platforms, and B2B teams. By using the service, you accept them in full.
bysepa is an Open Banking brand. We are not a bank. We are not a card acquirer.
We give you one API connection to a network of European banks. It is built on licensed partner tools. The service covers payment initiation and account information.
You do not need your own PISP licence to use it. Compliance is handled through our partners.
You must keep your API keys safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you spot misuse.
You agree to use the service within EU rules. You must hold valid consent from each end user before you access their data.
Fees are set in your order form or plan. Charges are billed for the period agreed there. Late payment may pause access until the balance clears.
Taxes are added where the law requires. We tell you before any price change takes effect.
We process payment and account data under PSD2 and GDPR. We act on your instructions and the consent of each end user. Our Privacy notice explains the detail.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the partners needed to run the service.
We work to keep the service reliable. We do not promise it will never pause. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a fresh date. Major changes are flagged in advance.
